This structure was made out of Steel, fabric, Neon Tubes and Wood. It has a massage chair in it with a touch screen computer running a research application. This application enables the user to navigate the psyche of a snap shot of Chinese Contemporary Artists talking about their dreams in Beijing, Hangzhou, Guangzhou and Shanghai from 2005-2008. Photographic images are accompanied by recordings from Hugo Tillman’s discussions with each artist. While lying back in the chair navigating the research application, the visitor is offered a foot massage. This work was made in collaboration with the wonderful architect Lloyd Huber (Switzerland and New York) and the application designer Avigdor Susana (New York.)
